Corrosion Potential of Zinc Alloys | Products Finishing
Mar 01, 1999· Zinc-nickel B841. Zinc alloys can be electrochemically designed to produce different corrosion potentials than their alloys elements. This helps to maintain the sacial protection of zinc, but the alloy causes it to corrode at a slower rate. Some of these alloys are excellent replacements for cadmium plating in many applications.
